COMMERCIAL Photography studio Ultimate Images was founded in 1984 by Rick Nastovski in Melbourne, Australia.

In the nineties Ultimate Images was one of the pioneers in digital photography and quickly advanced to a full high resolution digital desktop publishing organisation.

In the beginning the inspiration came from the surrounding and was cemented by a certain Antonioni’s film in the seventies.

The hobby became the profession, successfully  evolved from film to digital.

Many years of hard professional photography work produced  a well oiled machine. Somehow, producing liberated images, images that have impact after all the trying times is almost easy. It is all about control, someone said, not without merit.

For me, merely capturing the scene/moment seldom fully conveys the true emotions. Consequently, post capture, majority of images are digitally manipulated in some fashion.
